Wainwright House is an ideal location for film and photo shoots. Set on five meticulously and artistically landscaped acres, the Main House is a replica of an 18th-century French chateau. Our property also includes a two story carriage house with two yoga/dance studios, and a smaller traditional family house built in the 1950’s. Ample parking is available for production staff and vehicles. Wainwright House is production friendly and welcomes all types of location work, including commercials, television programs, features and print.

The heart of the building and the entire Wainwright facility is the meditation room, a sacred site for meditation and reflection.

The Fonrose House is ideal for groups who prefer an intimate, private and more casual retreat environment. This five bedroom, four bath home, features a large living room, full-service kitchen, separate dining room, and a furnished patio. Most rooms feature unobstructed, glorious western water views. This facility easily transforms from a meeting /presentation center to a comfortable home-like setting.
